EPA recently published the Chesapeake Bay TMDL. All related documents are now available at the EPA website here. The full report is some 200 pages with over 3,000 pages of appendices. While VA, DE, DC and MD have approved “pollution diets”, three watershed states (NY, PA and WV) did not meet EPA standards.
